Family owned and operated, Buchanan Funeral Service is located at 8712 N. Council Road in NWOKC. With over 18 years experience in the industry, the Buchanan family considers their service a ministry to families. After working in the corporate funeral industry, their family knew that to truly serve people at this difficult time in their lives and incorporate the importance of ministry, they would need to open their own business. On July 10, 2008, Buchanan Funeral did just that and opened its location designed and decorated by the family. Their business has continued to be successful, while providing the best service possible and best price available to the community. Buchanan Funeral joined the Northwest Chamber soon after opening in 2008 and remains an active Member. The Buchanans believe a strong Chamber is vital to any community and believe it is important for any business to be a Member.
