The third annual Taste of Northwest will take place on Thursday, September 15, 2011 with the evening’s festivities beginning at 6 PM. Taste of Northwest provides an outlet for businesses and the public to come together in a fun environment to support The Northwest Chamber and our participating businesses & restaurants. Samplings of the delectable food of Northwest restaurants will be available, so guests may explore the flavors of the area in one location. Participating restaurants meet hundreds of potential customers event as they showcase their finest, as well as receive increased exposure in promotions leading up to the event.
This special event also features a silent auction highlighting hundreds of products and services from local businesses, as well as additional popular attractions and activities. Funds raised form the auction fulfill and strengthen the Chamber mission of building & supporting a friendly business environment and our local communities through the following outlets:
- Awarding $2,000 worth of scholarships to deserving local high school students in the Spring
- Growing community leaders from our local businesses in the 9-month Leadership Northwest Program
- Offering networking venues and business educational opportunities through both discussions and speakers
- Significant access for Members through resources,cooperative advertising & marketing, and events offering small business counseling, government relations, tourism & hospitality outreach, and much more!
