    Join us for the BuILD NW event.  

    This month we'll hear from Matt Tipton, owner of Why HR, who'll share strategies for managing the tug - of - war between Performance and Culuture.  High performers often work outside company culture and that can create tension within your staff.  We will also look at several other HR topics and get your feedback on what you'd like in the future.  

    BuILD NW is a peer-led group focusing on a specific aspect of business leadership and personal development each month for study and discussion.  (It is NOT a networking group).
