EDWARD POPE SELECTED AS NEW CEO- A BOLD NEW ERA

The Northwest Oklahoma City Chamber is proud to announce the selection of Edward “Ed” Popeas its new Chief Executive Officer, ushering in a dynamic new era of growth, innovation, and community leadership.

A highly respected leader with a proven track record of empowering individuals, strengthening organizations, and building meaningful partnerships, Pope brings a wealth of experience and vision to the Chamber. Most recently serving as Regional Director for Junior Achievement, he has demonstrated an exceptional ability to connect business leaders, educators, and the broader community in ways that create lasting impact. Pope’s leadership at Junior Achievement has been defined by his passion for developing future leaders, advancing economic opportunity, and fostering collaboration across sectors. His work has helped shape programs that inspire young people to pursue success in business, entrepreneurship, and life — a mission that aligns seamlessly with the Chamber’s commitment to supporting economic vitality and community advancement. “Ed Pope is exactly the right leader for this moment, ” said Taylor York & Chris Moroz, 2026 CoChairs. “His ability to bring people together, create momentum, and inspire action makes him atremendous fit for the Northwest Oklahoma City Chamber. Northwest Oklahoma City Chamber Appoints Lori Callahan as Interim CEO

Bethany, OK — The Northwest Oklahoma City Chamber is pleased to announce the appointment of Lori Callahan as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Callahan brings a strong background in organizational leadership, community engagement, and strategic operations. In her role as Interim CEO, she will oversee day-to-day chamber operations, support member businesses, and continue advancing the Chamber’s mission of strengthening economic vitality and quality of life in the Northwest Oklahoma City and Bethany area.

“Lori is a steady and trusted leader with the experience and insight needed to guide the Chamber during this transition,” said Taylor York, Board Co-Chair of the Northwest Oklahoma City Chamber. “We are confident in her ability to maintain momentum, support our members, and position the organization for long-term success.”

The Chamber’s Board of Directors has initiated a search for a permanent Chief Executive Officer and is committed to a thoughtful and transparent recruitment process. Interested applicants should send a resume and cover letter, including three references to shelley@cadamyconsulting.com.
